Why I don't like bitches who like glitter
Have you ever heard of the blog "Dear girls above me"? This is one of my favorite blogs the guy who writes it is Charlie McDowell and he is my dream man! This blog is all about making fun of the girls who live above him, he can hear everything they say and he writes it down and also writes his responses to them. The thing is he never actually talks to them they have NO idea that he does this. This seems like something I would do I love that he is turning a crappy situation in to a business! These girls are the kind of girls I can't stand they are dumb plain and simple. Here is just a little snippet of some of the things they say "Dear GAM, “I can’t believe I’m 24 and I haven’t even had my test-marriage yet!” Calm down, your rehearsal soul mate is out there somewhere." or "Dear GAM, "He wanted to know the last book I've read and all I could think of was Goodnight Moon." And didn't your mom read that to you?" These girls are spoiled brats who don't know right from left. They are concerned with only material things and aesthetics. So if you are looking for a good laugh check him out on Twitter, Facebook or at www.Deargirlsaboveme.com

Growing up
This weekend I went home because it was my high school's homecoming and it was received with mixed feelings. Part of me was happy to be home, happy to see old friends not necessarily happy to see some other douches who can't let high school go but I digress. This weekend was a rollercoaster of emotions I was no longer a part of the cheering crowd covered in glitter and singing game songs, I felt old. I was jealous of them because those were the good old days, days you could never relive. Then I realized "wait I'm happy to be out of high school because it sucked!" The part I missed was homecoming, I saw my ex boyfriend and remembered this time last year we were cuddling in the stands to keep each other warm, I remember being nervous for the dance before he came and picked me up, a good nervous filled with butterflies in the stomach and anticipation. I don't miss him by any means, but that is a different story. Today's blog is about reminiscing I have had one of the same best friends since 3rd grade and we came up with the theory that when you are young you make memories when you grow up you talk about those memories. I will never have as much fun as I did when I was young I feel like we lose our imagination over the years. For example when I was little I could play Barbies for hours on end and when I babysat recently I had to do the same but this time it was unbearable I didn't know what to do the little girl had to tell me! It saddened me, my world was once filled with ponies and plastic dolls now my world is filled with essays and exams, money troubles and job searching. Don't get me wrong there are plenty of benefits of growing up driving, dating, staying out late I am in college after all, but like I said this blog is about reminiscing. I miss parts of high school, I miss a lot from my childhood but I understand I'm growing up its a hard concept to wrap my head around how did that time fly? Did I really enjoy it to the full extent? I've closed a chapter in my life and I'm writing a new one, I just have no idea what to write.
All grown up :')

Having a GBF is like having a boyfriend that wont hurt you.
It seems that the latest trend for women these days is having a GBF by their side. For those of you who don't know what a GBF is, it stands for Gay Best Friend. Gay best friend as defined in Urban Dictionary: (Also known as the GBF) “The gay best friend is the best friend of any hot girl you know.” Other than being FAABULOUSSS a gay guy actually offers many benefits to a woman. For one competition is eliminated girls tend to be caddy and talk behind each other’s back because they let jealousy take control. I know that the green monster can come out of no where when it's me, but a gay best friend (generally) would never let jealousy get in the way. I myself have a GBF (Hi Greg :)) and he is the best thing to ever happen to me. He will help you shop and NOT sabotage your outfit just so he will look better. Gay guys are like having a girl best friend with a guys mind they can tell when you are sad and know exactly what to say to make you feel better, they give better relationship advice than a therapist, and they can interpret a guys actions to a T (of course there are exceptions I just got lucky with mine.) A gay guy will compliment and encourage you to do things you never thought you would. For example did you get your heart broken? Well get a GBF and he will prepare you to re-enter the dating world and make you feel like a queen while you do it. There have been studies that prove having a gay guy in your life reduces your stress! Also for all the men out there food may be the key to your stomach but becoming tight with a girls GBF is the way to hers. The rest of the definition from Urban Dictionary is "Behind every hot Girl is a GBF. There are three GBF laws that, if you follow, you just might get laid.
1.Thou shall not make homophobic remarks towards the GBF
2. Thou shall befriend said GBF
3. Impress the GBF, and you will have instant access to the girl"
